Most Tenant Build outs take 5 to 8 weeks; new buildings longer.
Do I need to find an Architect?
No – we can find one for you or do it ourselves In-House.
Can I trust you?
Trust your bank examiners inspection of the completed work.
Can I look at some of your work?
Yes – we will give you a list of projects.
Do you work out of state?
Yes – we are a nationwide project management company.
Who pays the sub-Contractors?
We do, then your bank pays us after the work is inspected.
Where is a good location for my store?
We have commercial Realtors who can help you with that.
